We will taste about 30 different fruits in a variety of forms as we learn about the history, benefits, texture, flavor, and richness of each fruit. We will get acquainted with the different ways in which Colombian people interact with our fruits by making juices, deserts, ice creams and all sorts of delicacies.

DAY TRIP TO FILANDIA

Day trip to a dreamlike town that is famous for its mountainous surroundings, colonial architecture, picturesque streets, and cozy atmosphere. Rich in biodiversity and an UNESCO world heritage site, Filandia is key to the cultural landscape of the coffee region. We will have lunch at Helena Adentro, a local restaurant known for its fusion of local artwork, culture, and gastronomy.

6-hour boat tour along the Cauca River where you can appreciate the entire ecosystem of the area while enjoying local music and gastronomy.
